DiSC: Work & Communication Styles: 2 days, 4-hour sessions
Learn basic of communications style for each team member. 
Communication between team members improves. 
Better understanding of self and teammates in work environment. 
DiSC plus Expectations    4 days,  4-hour sessions
Learn DiSC plus a process for delivering clear expectations to peers and subordinates. 
Team and organizational performance increases. 
Expectations are set appropriately, based on needs of peers and subordinates. 
DiSC, Expectations plus Accountability    6 days,  4-hour sessions
Learn the above, plus a process for creating personal and group accountability. 
Team and organizational morale and retention are boosted. 
Leaders and team members' roles are clearly defined
Staff performance increases. 
Team Coaching    12 half-day meetings,  every other week.
