Patricia is Vice President of Sales at Sherpa and a certified Executive Coach who provides training in communication and leadership skills at the corporate level.


Prior to joining Sherpa Coaching in 2010, she was Director of Executive Education at the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University.


She trained leaders of the Executive MBA program at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Ms. Gardner has given multiple lectures to MBA students at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and MBA students at Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business. She also taught classes on executive coaching at Penn State University’s College of Communications.


As President of Maximum Sales in Philadelphia, Ms. Gardner provided direction to CEO’s and top business leaders in organizational development and training. Pat has provided performance appraisals for C-level managers, action plans for improvement in their divisions and departments and is recognized for her strategic focus.


She has lived and worked internationally including a position as Vice President of Global Accounts with IT firm Smartlogik, in London, England and Chief Strategic Officer for United Equity in Baltimore, MD.


In twenty-two years of leadership at Xerox Corporation nationally and internationally, and as an independent consultant, Pat has worked extensively with Vanguard, Johnson and Johnson, Verizon, AT&T, Glaxo SmithKline, Colgate, Toyota, Tsusho, Oshkosh and Unisys.


She has lived in Kampala, Uganda; Karachi, Pakistan; Toronto, Canada and Cuernavaca, Mexico.  Hobbies: flying aircraft.
