Sharon Kinderman joined Sherpa Coaching in January, 2016. She brings 20+ years of business experience. Sharon quickly has discovered ways to enhance operations and reduce costs. As Sherpa’s Chief Operations Officer, Sharon oversees Quality Control, Customer Service and Human Resources.
Prior to joining Sherpa Coaching, Sharon served as Ministry Advancement Director with a non-profit organization. Using her background in marketing, Sharon managed quality control and led the media team to deliver the weekly TV program, daily radio program, and build promotional material. Sharon was a market research consultant for Lunt Associates for seven years working on both qualitative and quantitative studies. Sharon’s project management, analysis, reporting, and clear presentation of findings were integrated into specific decision making processes proving to make a positive impact on client ROI and provide guidance in sound business decisions.
Sharon’s core strengths include quality control, process improvement, statistical analysis, business strategy, relationship building, market research, customer service and hands on management. Sharon’s skills matched with her “whatever it takes” attitude benefits her in accomplishing high goals.
